Refund/Cancellation Policy

The Southern Oregon Chapter reserves the right to cancel a course at anytime. If a class is cancelled, we will promptly notify you and every effort will be made to re-schedule your training. If this is not possible, you will receive a full refund.

For our Community Classes:

Transfers: If you are unable to attend the course for which you are registered but wish to transfer to another class, you must notify the office prior to the first class session to arrange for a transfer. Only one transfer is allowed and a $5 service charge will be assessed per enrollment.

Cancellations: Students who cancel their enrollment in a class by notifying the Chapter more than 2 business days before the scheduled class date will receive a refund less a $10 handling fee.

Students who withdraw from a class less than 2 business days before class is scheduled to begin will receive a 50% refund.

No-shows/Late-shows: There will be no refunds issued for no-shows. If you fail to appear on-time for a class in which you are enrolled and you wish to re-schedule, your class fee will be forfeited and you must pay again.
